Accessibility Toolkit - Access360 Managed Service
5 January 2026 - Chris Rourke
Continuous WCAG monitoring, expert audits, and capability building to maintain sustainable digital accessibility.
Service Overview
Access360 brings together automated monitoring and hands-on input from experienced accessibility specialists to give organisations a clear, ongoing picture of how their digital accessibility is performing - and the support to keep it that way.
It's built to address accessibility drift - the gradual erosion of standards that happens after an initial audit - as content and features evolve and teams change. Rather than treating accessibility as a one-off project Access360 helps you manage it as a structured, sustainable part of day-to-day delivery.

What Makes Access360 Different
- Platform + people - Automated tools detect approximately 30-35% of accessibility issues. Access360 combines continuous automated monitoring with periodic expert manual audits, disabled user testing, and remediation guidance. You get both technical visibility and specialist judgment.
- Capability building - Our goal is to help your teams maintain accessibility standards themselves. We provide training, governance frameworks, and ongoing support - building internal capability rather than creating permanent dependency on external consultants.
- Scalable to your needs - Three service tiers structured around the scale of your digital estate - from a single domain with foundational monitoring, through to organisations managing up to 25 websites requiring strategic partnerships, governance frameworks and accreditation support. Scale up as your accessibility practice matures.
- Proven platform, specialist expertise - Access360 is powered by Accessibility Cloud, used by leading organisations including the Scottish Government. User Vision has been at the forefront of digital accessibility and user experience since 2000 - bringing deep specialist knowledge to every engagement.
How Access360 Works
At the heart of Access360 is a comprehensive platform that provides:
1. Automated continuous monitoring
Weekly scanning of your digital properties against WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 standards (Level A, AA, and selected AAA criteria). The platform is available 24/7 so you can review your accessibility status at any time, with scans scheduled to run on a weekly cadence across your entire digital estate. You know within days, not months, when new problems appear.
2. Intelligent dashboards and reporting
Visual dashboards showing accessibility status across sites, pages, and components. Not just how many issues you have, but where they appear and how frequently across your estate. Trend analysis tracking improvement over time. Issue prioritisation based on severity and user impact. Exportable reports for stakeholder communication and compliance documentation.
3. Granular issue tracking
Detailed breakdowns of each accessibility violation with code-level guidance on how to fix issues. Filtering by WCAG level (A, AA, AAA), page type, component, or section. Progress tracking as issues are resolved, with assignment and workflow management.
4. Compliance and standards support
Assessment against WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards and European Accessibility Act (EAA) requirements. Generation of VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) documentation and EAA compliance reports. Support for creating and maintaining accessibility statements tailored to your markets and regulatory requirements - whether you're operating under UK PSBAR, EU EAA, or US Section 508.
The platform shows you what's changed and where it appears. User Vision's experts tell you what actually matters to your users and how to fix it.
The human expertise: User Vision's service wrapper
User Vision's service is tailored to each organisation's needs and tier. The support elements below are available as part of Access360 - your specific package will be agreed during the discovery process.
Expert manual audits
Human-led accessibility reviews that catch the 70% of issues automated tools miss. Testing with assistive technologies - screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), voice control, screen magnification, and keyboard-only navigation. User journey and task-based testing to ensure accessibility in context. Document accessibility audits for PDFs, Word documents, and spreadsheets. Frequency varies by tier: quarterly (Starter), monthly (Pro), or as needed (Team).
Remediation guidance
Expert guidance to help your teams resolve accessibility issues effectively. Interpretation of automated scan results - distinguishing false positives from genuine issues. Prioritisation advice based on user impact and compliance risk. Specific, actionable guidance on how to fix issues, not just what's wrong. Code examples and accessible design pattern recommendations. Remediation workshops for complex issues.
Disabled user testing
Testing with people who have lived experience of disability. Real-world validation that fixes genuinely improve user experience, not just compliance scores. Insights that inform design and content decisions beyond technical compliance. Video recordings and detailed reports of user testing sessions. Available in Team tier.
Capability building
Training for developers, designers, content creators, and product teams. Governance framework development - establishing processes, responsibilities, and accountability. Accessibility champions programmes to identify and empower internal advocates. Process integration - embedding accessibility into existing ways of working (Agile ceremonies, design reviews, QA processes).
Compliance support
Accessibility statement creation and maintenance. Compliance documentation for regulatory requirements. Preparation for accessibility audits and assessments. Accreditation support (e.g., Digital Accessibility Centre certification) in Team tier.

Who Access360 Is For
Access360 is designed for organisations that recognise accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time project:
- Public sector organisations with 20+ websites, where content is published by teams across different departments
- Financial services, healthcare, and regulated industries where accessibility risk carries significant regulatory and reputational consequences
- Large enterprises with complex digital estates and multiple teams publishing content
- Organisations committed to inclusive design who want to demonstrate leadership beyond minimum compliance
- Any organisation asking 'how do we make sure our accessibility investment actually sticks?'
If your organisation has already invested in accessibility: Access360 helps you protect and extend that investment by preventing accessibility drift.
If your organisation hasn't yet invested in accessibility: Access360 provides the foundation to build sustainable practice from the start, establishing monitoring, governance, and capability rather than reactively fixing problems after complaints arrive.
Getting Started
