We are looking for an experienced accessibility practitioner to lead our accessibility service and further develop our already market-leading practice.
The primary aim of this role is to deliver value to our extensive client list through the provision of accessibility services, including testing, training, awareness raising and embedding inclusive design thinking. You will take ownership of the accessibility services we offer, including delivery to clients and identifying opportunities to improve and expand our portfolio for the benefit of our clients and their end users. You will also be responsible for managing more junior consultants; managing accessibility projects that they are involved in, and building their knowledge and skills.

This role involves undertaking a wide variety of project roles, working directly with our diverse range of high-profile clients. You will work across the spectrum of UX activities, including research, design and testing, as part of a hugely experienced team. You must be outgoing, pro-active and curious, coupled with a real passion for shaping the best user experiences.
We require at least 2 years of commercial experience in UX and an academic background in UX, HCI, Human Factors, Design, Psychology, or similar. You will also have a work history that clearly demonstrates the qualities that you would bring to our team; including a focus on the user, a range of UX skills and a unique blend of experiences.
