UX Training

We can give your team the skills to research and create great customer experiences.

What is it all about?

User Vision consultants have a wealth of experience shaping great experiences for websites, mobile and other platforms. Our training draws on all of our experience and delivers practical knowledge to you and your team – including UX, experience design, usability and accessibility.

Equipping your team with a solid grounding in UX and user-centred design ensures that they are focused on the user from the start. Your project team will also understand the most appropriate methods to apply throughout the development life cycle. Such in-house knowledge reduces development time by building UX, usability and accessibility techniques into the project from the start.

We also provide public UX training for eConsultancy:

How do we help?

We offer both bespoke in-house and public training courses covering a wide range of user experience areas.  All courses are flexible and can be tailored to your company’s:

  • usability/accessibility experience
  • sector
  • specific project needs
  • budget and time demands

Our customised training incorporates examples and case studies from your current projects and examples from your competitors and peers to illustrate usability and accessibility principles.

Training can take place at your  offices, external venues, or our own purpose built training room. All courses are highly interactive, with group activities and workshops to give participants immediate, hands-on experience of user-centred design. Delegates receive a training manual with copies of the slides and resources for additional information.

See what others have to say about us:

I was very much impressed with the course and have been able to tidy up some of my work practices in line with the processes outlined in the course so it was certainly a very worthwhile course.

Business Technology Information Manager, Scottish Parliament

I found the event most enjoyable, interesting and, most importantly, informative; mainly due to the style of delivery and willingness to answer, competently and honestly, questions from the floor. I attend quite a few workshops/courses each year and this has to be up there with the best.

Course Attendee, Glasgow Caledonian University

User Vision have provided invaluable advice and guidance at every stage in the process of gaining level A accreditation for our site.  The experience has improved the skills of everyone in the team.  I look forward to working with User Vision in the future to make our sites fully accessible

Digital Communications Manager, Scottish Widows.

Chris’s enthusiasm and focus on what is best for the end user is very contagious and I was pleased to see that more than just pointing out potential flaws and areas of concern, he drew our focus to trying to evaluate what works in the light of what could be emerging trends as well.

Very informative, tutor was extremely knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this course.
