Join us on Thursday 18th May to mark Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD). The purpose of GAAD is to get people talking, thinking and learning about digital accessibility and users with different disabilities.
In our breakfast briefing, we’ll showcase common user interface patterns such as modal pop-ups, accordions and tabs and illustrate how the design of these makes them accessible to users of assistive technology.
Our accessibility specialists, Gayle, Natalie & Maire, will discuss the key considerations for designing accessible content with the aim of removing barriers to anyone interacting with them.
So, please come and join us, its free and breakfast is on us. Grab a bacon roll and fuel your morning with good food and great insight into accessibility awareness.
Timings for the briefing are as follows:
8am: Breakfast served
9.30am: Wrap Up
