Do you want to know more about the processes and methodologies you can use to ensure that user insights and customer feedback form a regular feed into your design processes?

In this course, we will look at user centred design fundamentals and go through the different tools and methodologies available to help you introduce more user centred thinking in your organisation.  We will cover a range of research and design techniques such as user testing, remote testing, wireframing and more.  Finally, we will look at the basics of information architecture and navigation design.  Throughout the day, you will gain hands-on experience with usability research tools and techniques.

This course is for those who are new to this area or currently working in UX/UCD and would like to have a more holistic overview of UCD processes and what they can do to introduce more design thinking to their organisation.
